Internally integrated with high-voltage vacuum circuit breakers, microcomputer comprehensive protectors, three-phase thyristor valve groups, vacuum bypass contactors, high-voltage voltage transformers, high-voltage current transformers and other components, without the need for external switchgear or operating cabinets, greatly saving equipment investment.

The cabinet is made of high-quality aluminum zinc coated plate, processed by CNC machine, fully metal armored, assembled structure, suitable for various combination schemes. Adopting advanced multiple folding technology, connected with rivet nuts and bolts, it has high precision, corrosion resistance, light weight, high strength, strong universality of parts, beautiful appearance, high safety, and is convenient to be combined with on-site standard switchgear.

A highly reliable interlocking device that meets the “five prevention” requirements. The cabinet is equipped with a heater and a temperature and humidity controller to prevent condensation and corrosion. The all-in-one machine panel has circuit breaker position indication, energy storage indication, soft start status indication, etc.

The structure of the three-phase thyristor valve assembly is modular installation, with multiple overvoltage absorption and protection technologies.

The thyristor adopts static and dynamic voltage equalization methods, combining high pulse current triggering and backup triggering to ensure the safety and reliability of equipment operation.

Measurement function: average current, A/B/C three-phase current, incoming power supply voltage, phase sequence measurement.

Protection functions: microcomputer comprehensive protection function, lightning overvoltage protection, thyristor static and dynamic voltage equalization, phase loss, overvoltage, undervoltage, starting overcurrent, running overcurrent, starting overload, running overload, underload, current imbalance, starting timeout, external input fault detection, etc. The protection action time can be set.

Multiple starting and stopping methods: current limiting+ramp start, current limiting start, jog, jump+voltage ramp start, etc. Free stopping and soft stopping methods are available for selection.

Display function: The operation panel of the soft starter is a large screen LCD display system in both Chinese and English, which is easy to operate and more user-friendly.

Communication function: Communication interface of microcomputer integrated protector. The high-voltage soft starter cabinet adopts fully electrically isolated RS485 communication, MODBUS RTU protocol, and can be centrally controlled by an upper computer.

Equipped with external control for starting, stopping, resetting inputs and faults, bypass, programmable outputs, and 4-20mA analog output.
